  • I had an absolute horrible experience with MIKE, a so-called manager, who not only addressed me like I was a criminal but had the nerve to hang up on me during the conversation. I have already composed a letter to send to the corporate office about that moron who doesn't deserve to even be working there. However, NEAL, the general manager, called me back twice to make up for that idiot's mistakes and took care of us. Neal was a consummate professional and made sure that all the needs for my catering order were met. Thanks a lot Neal! You are the reason I'm not leaving a 1-star rating.
