  • This is a nice bank - clean, well staffed, seldom more than a 5 minute wait. But I want to share a personal experience, as an example why I enjoy this branch. It is 6:03 on Friday, June 10th and I thought the bank was open until 7:00. I read on the door that the bank closed at 6:00; but noticed the door was not locked. Disappointed I was ready to head back to my car when greeted by John M (now locking the door) and offering me to come in to complete my transaction. Now who does that on a Friday night? Even the manager greeted me with a smile, saying "what's a few more minutes" when I offered an apology. I am new to AZ and have had two great experiences with Chase Bank Branches (another great branch is at 20215 N Cave Creek Rd). Thanks for reading my review.
