| - The atmosphere is really awesome here and has some potential. Me and a girlfriend showed up around 11pm on a Friday night. We snagged seats at the bar. We got prompt service from a guy with a cool mustache, got our drinks, didn't see him again for 40 minutes.
We finally ordered the Queso Dip ---which was SOO GOOD. We got another beer.
At this time, our beers were empty. The Bartender took the glass, but didn't ask me if I wanted another one. 25 minutes later, I finally got a beer.
During this whole process, there were 6 people behind the bar, all huddled in a circle....talking. Nothing else. Around 45 minutes later, I finish my beer, waiting around, 20 minutes go by, and the long Blonde bartender walks by to grab ice, and I say "Excuse me..." ...she proceeds to shoot me an annoyed look including an eye roll and continues on to what she was doing. All the while, the employees are still hanging out behind the bar, not helping anyone. I look around, and most of us at the bar have no drinks. How do you not want to take my money!?!? We continued to try and get someones attention so we could pay for another 30 minutes after that. Finally, Jason came over, apologized profusely for his co-workers, and continued to help us.
We didn't leave until 3:30, and had 2 beers apiece. My total bill for 2 beers, Queso Dip was $19 bucks. How do you expect to make money when your employees don't want to work?
I won't be returning to this place just because of the snotty blonde bartender. Get off your high horse, and actually do your job. kthx.
