  • I am not a pro hairstylist, just a customer who was looking for a cape to cut my husband's hair, who is homebound. He can't go to the barber, and we don't know any barbers who make house calls. So I purchased one of these hair grooming machines and just needed a cape. When I entered the store nobody offered help, the only lady working was filling shelves, didn't even offer help, and when I walked up to her and asked where I would find the capes, she just pointed in the direction, never bothered asking what kind or made any suggestions. When I picked the one I wanted and walked to the front to check out, the lady was still filling shelves in the back of the store, showed up to check me out only after I shouted back if she would mind checking me out. Not so nice, but at least they have everything you need if you do your hair, nails etc. yourself.
