  • Monopoly, capitalism at its finest. Everything they can possibly screw up and charge me for, they have. I miss living in other areas of the US where consumers have choice in their providers, choice in their source of energy, choice in their rate plan and not get stuck with a Hathaway company that seeks to profit by squeezing out one dollar here and there. When a tiny fraudulent charge appears on my credit card, I am alerted by the company and we can take down a fraudster, when NV Energy does this, they are simply apologising for a "clerical error". How many of you out there check the bill every month for those fees? How many of you also seriously hate how opaque this company is?
