  • Fair pricing, HONEST & knowledgable technician, on-time (actually, earlier than expected on this call)...what more could you ask for? Will continue to use & recommend to friends & family. I had received a price quote from another a/c company of $2700 to fix our unit. Called RSA for second opinion, received their name from a trusted friend. The RSA technician was able to fix the unit for $180 because the unit didn't need all the repairs that the first company had quoted. I knew I had an experienced a/c repairman when he asked to wet his canvas hat before working in the sun and also, whistled alittle while he worked...to me a sign of calmness, experience & confidence in his trade. Thanks, RSA!!
