  • I have brought 2 brand new cars here the past 2 years and this time I recommended my bf here to get a new car. I was really disappointed this time. Everything was fine until we went into the finance department. The finance department told as he would give as a better interest on our car but end up adding Stuffs like the maintain plan,service plan and gap to our paper work that would cost as over $5000. Never once was inform by him. I pointed it out after My bf sign the paper work because He didn't notice and was never ask if He wanted the plans added to it. The finance guy told as he can't take it off because the paper work was sign electronically. We was gonna walk out and he told as we couldn't back out on the deal. I felt like he was being very dishonest. Overall I am very disappointed. I would not recommend this dealership anymore !
