  • The service kind of sucked. It's my first time here and the line was until the door... like I would expect it to be faster but it was not. The lady at the register had to clean the tables and give forks out & didn't bother saying to us that she will be right back.. why couldn't the other girl give the forks out when she gives the food at the same time... also instead of the other girl waiting for the Togo food to come out she could at least look at other tables that are needed to be cleaned and wiped down... I ordered a chicken Teri bowl, comb bowl w/ so icky Korean chicken and a spicy Korean chicken bowl & a side of kimchee... my bowl came like 5 mins later while the other two had been received ... the rice was hard & it wasn't enjoyable.. the spicy chicken wasn't even spicy, so why call it spicy? I don't understand... there are much more better Hawaiian places that serve better quality in their food... the bowls and cheap and all but the quality is what matters.. I mean if it took so long to get to table I would think that it should be enjoyable to eat... I've worked at an aloha fast food and the service I had done was different than theirs.. the other girl had her hair down and her hair was passed her butt.. unsanitary & never coming back!
