  • My LG 55" tv has been giving me screen problems for months. M&M came to my house, disassembled the entire back of the tv, ran diagnostics, spent at least an hour of his time, ended up thinking one of the boards was bad and could cost me $400 plus to repair. When he reassembled the tv he took some additional time to review some settings and realized that one of the settings, an auto-dimming feature, could be responsible for the problem. He turned it off and immediately the problem was gone. The tv ever since, about two weeks ago, is now working perfectly. M&M spent a ton of time, drove to my home from Mesa, and charged me $55 for everything. Great service, very professional, and beyond fair. Highly recommended without any doubts at all.
