  • Too many errors on their part and quite unfriendly and unreasonable customer service. (1) Would not replace leaking bottle of Vit D3 drops. Health Superstore said they could not return the product to the manufacturer. When I called the manufacturer of the product directly they cheerfully agreed to replace the product. (2) Order return form on website does not work. (3) Took over 2 weeks to receive initial order even though the website says their warehouse is in Las Vegas and it was being shipped to California. Rude customer service manager, would interrupt, talk while I was speaking, would not give me her boss's name, and hung up on me before resolving my concern. An interoffice email discussing my phone call about why the shipment took over two weeks was also emailed to me by mistake. Too many errors on their part and quite unfriendly and unreasonable customer service. I will not order from them again and will not recommend them to others.
