Disappointing. Dark and dated hallways. Old decor. Needs to be renovated. Front desk staff was rude and highly unprofessional. I gave all of my credit card info to night staff/auditor to expedite morning checkout. He failed to put info into computer as I was assured he would. Have no idea what he did with my credit card info and identification info because it was not used as authorized. The photo I have posted is the person who tried to resolve the mystery but didn't. Don't stay here. I was infuriated by lack of professionalism by front desk staff and management.
Update: Guest Services Manager just called to advise me that the night auditor had put all of my credit card info and identification into a file that the front desk folks failed to open. There is some additional training needed for the front desk people. Moreover, the night auditor should not be the person handling the front desk/reception. He had all guests' invoices laid out on reception counter because he evidently doesn't have an office where he can handle this confidential task. It is shocking that the personal information of hotel guests was in public display in a Las Vegas hotel. The staff and management at this hotel need to be replaced. In a time when personal security and cyber space crime is at an all time high, sloppy handling of other's data cannot be tolerated.
