  • I heard about the hill group through a friend that I work with who had recently bought a house through them, and he had nothing but raving reviews about their work ethic and punctuality. So, I thought I would go with them and see if my friend was right. Steven James was my agent and an outstanding one at that. After I got hooked up with him, he figured out my criteria, IE. location, budget, home desires etc. I don't think 12 hours passed and I was receiving numerous e mails from the portal/MLS listings with houses that fit into my search. Every time I contacted Steven with any interest on any house, he was very quick to get back to me and set time aside to go check out these houses. Although the first few houses just weren't suiting me, Steven remained patient and understanding. He was willing to take the time and effort to continue the search, and not rush me into anything just to make a sale. At the end of the day, in about one months time Steven found me a beautiful home, exactly where I wanted to be located, and he even found me a pool, which was just icing on the cake. It's been 2 months since I initially started home searching with the Hill Group, and today I have keys to my new home. This group gets the job done in an efficient and professional manner, I highly recommend them.
