  • Do not use them!!!!!!!! If i could give a zero, i would. They do not deserve the one star. We have had nothing but trouble. We were misinformed by our sales guy for our new home that we would be allowed to have the pool built at the same time as the new house. This turned out to not be the case but they said no problem just call us when you close and we will get started. We were also told by our sales guy, Brian, that he would send us a 3D model of the pool and landscape. It's been 6 months and they have already started the build, no model!!!!!! (despite 6 emails now asking about the model). We were also told before they started that Aubry from construction would be giving us a construction schedule. I doubt Aubry even exists because 6 voicemails and 3 emails...No construction schedule!! They started the dig and laid the re-bar and piping and have not been back in several weeks!!!!! The rebar is rusting and the dirt at bottom of pool is sinking because of rains weve had!!!!!despite our pleas and now our threats to take our business elsewhere, still no construction schedule. Dave, the construction manager, has been great and seems to be the only person there who cares the least big about the customers, the rest just care about your money, not you. I would suggest going elsewhere, unless you enjoy headaches and being made to feel worthless. Adding to review..... our pool should have been done today but it is only a giant friggin hole in the ground! They have stolen $20,000 cash from us and have officially been fired. Our attorney will be contacting them.
