  • My Husband had an appointment here to establish care. Surprisingly, we had an amazing experience. The medical staff was great. Melody was very kind and patient with our 22 month old wanting to do everything she did (triage) to Daddy. Love how she played along and still a managed to get things done for my Husband. Thank you for being kid friendly and understanding Melody! My Husband saw Rowena PA-C and she was great! She answered all our questions and did a thorough check up on my Husband. She explained everything to us and even returned back to the room when we forgot to ask a question. Not like other providers, they won't do that and if they do they have an attitude but not Rowena. Security was also friendly and funny. The only thing is the check in lady. She was the friendliest but she wasn't rude either. Just had a very dry personality. No greeting us or smile. Nothing. Seemed like she hated her job and to think we were they only one there. Hmmm... I won't knock off a star just because of her. We honestly got great care with the medical staff and that is what matters.
