David Escobar was wonderful - can't say enough good about him. He's part of the online sales team and was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. He even took the time to record and email me a video of the car I was interested in! I recommend emailing him with any questions if you, like me, are wary of giving a car dealership your phone number (descobar@courtesychev.com). Misty in the finance department was also EXTREMELY helpful and moved things along swiftly and efficiently while at the same time taking the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had. The only complaint I have with Courtesy is that my car was sold with no floor mats and I only noticed when I got home (paper mats covered the floor at point of sale). When I called and asked for them I was told that some pre-owned cars are bought by the dealership without them and it would be an additional $130 to procure them. I feel like this should have a) been included in the sales price and b) been brought to my attention at point of sale. Not going to lie, this put a damper on an otherwise good experience.
