| - As you can see from my account I don't usually leave reviews, I especially don't go out of my way to leave a less than positive review. Gemma takes appointments from her cell phone and will rarely respond to voicemails or text messages, I've never had my phone call answered. She redeemed my Groupon before my appointment and was so "booked" I had to text her everyday for 2 weeks to "remind" her I was trying to get in. My lashes looked alright the first 10 minutes HOWEVER as soon as I got home and looked in a real mirror there was glue all over my lashes they were clumped and she didn't give me any input in the process, I asked what options there were and she told me it was at her discretion after looking at my face, umm okay that's fine. I then had almost all of my lashes fall out two days later and texted her everyday for another week to stop in and fix them(finally she texts me at noon "can you come right now?"), she got really upset when I asked why they were so clumpy and if she uses clusters rather than individual lashes and she GLUED MY EYELIDS TOGETHER, the hot high speed BLOW DRYER must have spread the glue everywhere as she's always in a rush and my eyes had to be pried apart, after this "fix" I came home and I had 2 broken blood vessels in the corners of my eyes! I then had my fill paid for and was non refundable besides a $10 credit on my next fill hahaha. So I texted to ask for a later time for my fill and she flipped out telling me it's absolutely not possible she is booked completely, so I stopped in 2 days later at 7:30 am, opening time hoping to get in for an event I had to go to 2 days later as my lashes looked horrible and I just needed them for that day. She proceeded to SCREAM at me in the waiting room about her having a client in the back and how she has no time whatsoever to fix my lashes and it was my fault for trying to reschedule. I then asked why she was SCREAMING at me and she says "that's how I talk". My lashes were honestly so painful because she glued them to my eyelid and I hate to leave this review but I have never had this type of experience i had to warn.
She tells you the entire time to tip her well and treats people who buy the Groupon horrible! She told me at my first appointment, next time don't buy Groupon because we make no money, you know! It's a good deal on Groupon but you will be sad you didn't pay more somewhere else.
