  • This review is based on my visit from Tuesday April 18th, 2017...around lunch time! I went in there with my husband and little brother because they are both sneaker heads and really wanted to check this place out. When I went in there, I saw another family...a mom and a dad and their young daughter. I'm not too big on shoes so I just took a seat in their seating area while my husband and brother looked around. I couldn't help but to observe the other family because the little girl was just so cute and loved helping her dad pick out a pair of shoes. Everything was going fine until he asked his daughter to go take this and ask them if they have it in a bigger size. so she goes up to CEASE who was in the middle of the store at the counter looking down reading his little paper and she asked him in the most sweetest voice "excuse me!....I was wondering if you guys had this in a bigger size for my daddy?" and CEASE responds with an extremely annoyed tone while STILL looking down at his paper and says "nope...what we have out is all we have."....just like that! he gave her NO eye contact, he looked extremely bothered and came off as if he was too good to give her a polite response....my fcking goodness.....she is a CHILD....an innocent CHILD. and the saddest part was when the little girl looked down in disbelief and said "oooookay....".....she went back to her dad and told him no they dont have a bigger size...and she looked sooooo sad...I wish I had recorded incident or something to show you guys the change in her attitude and facial expression.... it seriously broke my heart. She was just a little kid who was just being a kid. HOW WAS SHE SUPPOSED TO KNOW THOSE WERE THE ONLY SIZES IN STOCK??!?!?!?!?!?!??!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? I asked one of their employees who that guy was and i pointed and he says "oh thats CEASE." and then I asked "is he like the owner?" and the guy says "yeah he's the manager, one of the owners" ......lol so apparently CEASE is a manager+owner....UGH! I can't believe he STILL KEPT LOOKING DOWN at his little paper while he was talking to her! i guarantee that if her dad was the one who asked.....he wouldn't have done that. I truly believe he thought he could talk to her the way he did because she was just a little kid and he probably thought no one was watching. He just thought he could disregard her. oh and I read some of the reviews both good and bad.....whenever a customer writes a bad review....I see that the owner usually responds.....and he responds with a very passive aggressive response where he acts like he's sorry but some how adds in a few lines to make it seem like its someone else's fault or a little bit of the customer's fault too. that type of response is called "HUMBLE-BRAGGING" where you're trying to come off humble but you're showing off at the same time lol. for example: I saw that a customer gave them a 1 star review because of the lack of customer service...He said that he was never greeted and waited 15 minutes to get help and they were busy setting up a display blah blah blah and the owner responds with a response like he's SORRY but it's also because the store has "grown so much that they've become busier and busier...and we are able to provide more options for our customers because of the amount of inventory that is coming in." LOL....like seriously ELLE OH FCKING ELLE.....why can't you just take full responsibility with no excuses. and say "you know what...I don't know why that happened that day but there is absolutely no excuse for that and you definitely should have been greeted and you should not have waited 15 minutes to get our attention...i'm sorry...my name is_______....i'm the owner....just ask for me when you come by again and I'd be more than willing to help you when you come back." no need to let us know you guys are doing SOOOOOO well in business and are growing and growing. save that for some instagram post on thanksgiving day or something. my goodness. no matter how big you guys get or how busy you are....you should always provide the best customer service. no excuses. i'm pretty sure the owner will leave me another of their very passive aggressive responses sooner or later lol...where he is either going to defend his store and say i'm lying about what happened during my visit or say he's sorry but it's because of this and that.
