We hadn't been in our Las Vegas home in nearly a year.
Unfortunately, I made the assumption that our daughter knew the code, and the procedure for turning off the alarm. Needless to say, she came home before us. What? The millennial beat her parents home, in Vegas - no less?
Needless to say, the alarm went off. She also forgot the code, and didn't answer the security company's phone call.
She stated that the Las Vegas Police Officers were at our front door in under 15 minutes. Impressive, seeing as that we live in the far off suburbs in a gated community with very slow gates.
The officers were very polite, informative, and ensured that she was safe with no intruders in the household.
Definitely the epitome of promptness and professionalism.
We are glad that they are there to truly serve and protect.
Our highest respects go out to them!
