rev:text	I am not one to complain, but after getting my hair done for the past 5 months here I am not a happy camper! All three times I had it done, it was a color. It was great. 6 weeks or so, later I went in again to get the same thing done...same color with a hair cut (loved the haircut!). Well, 3 days later when I washed it, the roots looked like they hadn't been done. So I went back in for a re-do. The 3rd time I went, 6 or so after that I told them it really didn't take again, so she asked me if I wanted to go permanent. I of course say yes! So she colors it the same color, but just permanent. I though I was going to be done with this redo visits. The lights there make your hair look like a completely different color by the way. I come home and my roots up to 3 or so inches are orange. I called them back, they had me come in for a re-do. Came back home, it was red. I called the owner and left a message that I really would like a compensation or a free something for all this time I was wasting coming in. He never called me. Not professional at all after what I had been threw! So I didn't want the same girl that that was doing my hair the whole time, so I asked if someone else could re-do it. Got the head hairstylist and so she redid it the 3rd time. I washed it 3 days later and the color on my roots are gone again! I have not called back, nor will I ever go back. The owner never called to apologize, he left it for the front desk who are just college students. I had always colored my hair in the winter myself....I NEVER had an issue of color falling out.
