The logic board on my opener broke and I had another company come out and determine the problem and cost of repairs. To say they were exorbitant is an understatement. I searched for another company and found AGD&R. They had a reasonable cost for replacing the door opener and decent reviews, so I scheduled an appointment for 1/11 Monday between 8 and 10 AM. At 10 I called them to find out the delay; they didn't call me. They explained that the guy was still at another job and it would be 'a while' before he could get to me. At 11:30 AM I called them back and canceled. There was no apology or anything, including asking me if there was anything they could do to help me. Wowza. Some way to address a first contact (and last) with a new client. Pretty darn sure I won't be re commending them to anyone.
