  • This used to be my favorite jerky place. I've been a customer for years. Over the past year the jerky is a lot more moist than it should be. So moist that this last batch molded after a week. Listen Tommy, since you sell by weight, you are purposely not drying the jerky all the way (since water weight means less meat in the package). Sorry but I gave your company many chances and I'm not buying any more. Also, please don't tell me to put the jerky in the refrigerator to dry it further. Again, you sell by weight.
