  • I feel like I'm repeating what others have already said about Johnny's but here goes. They are great! My A/C went out around 9 p.m. It took me a little while to find them on Yelp. I called around 10 at night thinking I would leave a message. NOPE. Johnny answered and was as nice as could be. Within a minute or two he told me what the problem probably was and we set a time for the next morning. He even called me back a few minutes after we first talked to ask me to check if the part was still under warranty. He was willing to lose the repair job if it meant I would save money! Johnny and Johnny were here the next morning on time, found out the problem was a related but much less expensive part and my A/C was back up and running. I've dealt with a lot of repair companies and this was by far the best experience I've had. I wish all companies were like them.
