| - Oh goodness, where do I begin???? This is the worst Men's Wearhouse to go to, please Yelpers! Do not go here! The person who sort of helped and passed us to another rep, sadly it was the manager Jennifer, she didn't want to help us, I spent a few thousand dollars there and she was rude and racist, just because we walked in there with shorts, tshirts and flip flops.
First we were there in May to buy a suit ensemble for my brother to wear to my wedding, purchased everything and they didn't have the shirt in his size said they have to order it.
Second, went in 10/12/16 to bring in the suit to be altered and pick up the shirt that they had to ordered.
Third, came in Jennifer saw us told her what and why we were here, get suit altered and pick up ordered shirt.
Then she looked at us rolled her eyes and walked away and helped another customer.
Fourth, gave them my info and they still don't know what's going on. Passed us to another rep, which he tried, he's new so he had to go ask the manager Jennifer, again she was no help, yelled at him and raised her voice at her staff in front of customers.
Fifth, finally another rep stepped in and helped, she found the order and told the new rep the procedures and she helped us with suite and so on, and she was also able to find the shirt the original rep who helped us in may who had placed the order for us.
I don't understand why is it so complicated, everything is in the system, we also had the receipt, Men's Wearhouse should have their process down, unfortunately they don't.
I filed a complaint with the corporate office and they will forward the info to the district manager. I can't believed Jennifer who is the manager at that location, she's representing Men's Wearhouse and I'm appalled at her attitude. Jennifer needs to find another line of work, she is in that line of work as a customer service and we as the customer are buying their products and services. We are paying Jennifer's salary, there's no excuse for her behavior and as a manager she should not yell at her staff in front of the customer.
Her staff doesn't need her, they need a better person to work with.
