  • They do an okay job. My main gripe is their hours state they are open until 10pm. I called in the early evening to confirm how late they were open and was told 10pm. I arrived a little before 9:30 and requested a simple quick manicure and was told they're closed, that the last "appointment" is 9pm and that whoever told me they're open until 10pm was wrong (even though those hours are posted in their door). It was obvious they just wanted to go home, which is understandable after a long day, but don't post your hours as being open until 10 and don't tell people who call they're open until 10 when you're not, or you close earlier on a whim.
