  • I heard a lot about this place when the first one opened, but I don't do lines. Now that there are more of them I decided to try them. There was no line and not many people in the restaurant. My touchstone is biscuits and gravy, if you can't make those good, you probably can't make anything good. I had their biscuits and gravy (Tuesday only). The first thing I noticed was that they were very spicy, I like spicy, the wife does not. I like a lot of sausage in my gravy, they had that. I likes me some good biscuits, these were ok. The thing I did not like was that there was not quite enough gravy to finish the biscuits. The eggs I ordered were exactly how I wanted them, the hash browns were pretty good, crispy on the outside kind of like mashed potatoes on the inside. The did not have salsa. I like salsa on my hash browns. I tried their bacon since everyone raves about it. I would not call it bacon. Bacon has a smoky flavor, their bacon is peppered and because of that tasted like very tender beef jerky.
