Interestingly, we had great anticipation for a great dinner. Sadly, we had a server who was so aggressive that it really undermined the experience. She was more suited to be the person you encounter at a car wash asking if you want your windshield fixed, your car waxed, your interior lathered... it was really annoying. I love Cartwright's so we will give them another try and we had a wonderful experience at Tonto B&G earlier in the day. Let's just remember the goal of creating a great customer experience.
