  • If you are a person who actually likes to pay their bills, RUN AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!! I financed a car through them in December at the recommendation of a dealership. In that time, I have received TWO bills in the mail- that's right two bills in 6 months. You may be asking yourself "why do you live in the Stone Age and not pay your bills online?" I'm so happy you asked! You need PERMISSION to pay your bills online. I had to call their hotline to even get my account number on a cheesy piece of paper so that I can call in my payment every month, at a $10 fee. Every time I ask them to set up my profile so that I can pay online, they tell me that I have to request access on the website, and there is never any follow up. So do yourself a favor and do not finance anything here! While the staff is always kind, their systems are too backwards to navigate and it's impossible to make a payment. Why don't these people want to take my money?!
