  • Had a terrible experience with this company after purchasing 5 vouchers from dealfind. I pre-booked (3 weeks in advance) 5 visits directly with the company correspondent/owner. Not only did they not arrive for their first appointment with no phone call or any advanced notice, they would not return any of my emails or phone calls. Furthermore, they claimed that there was no confirmation of the bookings - even after providing them with evidence (email correspondents). Although they did not honor ANY of the scheduled visits, I had a very difficult time getting a refund from the group-buy site. Eventually got credit for 50% of what i spent! What upset me more, after all this, was that the group-buy site offered the same deal with the same vendor AGAIN, just two months after. I signed in to the "discuss this deal" feature and wrote an extensive review of my experience, I received word back from the group-buy administrators that they are under agreement with ALL of their vendors to remove any negative comments. OMG!! This is simply not right! Consumers should be made aware.
