Went here about a week or two ago , to open a bank account for my significant other. we had Fina as our rep. No help at all she kept asking personal questions that had nothing to do with banking, she rushed through everything soo quick. He was logging in to his account it blocked him off after the 3rd try and he told her that he kept trying to log into his chase app he did (5x's), she then asks him to try again... so he did... then she takes us to another cubicle next to hers and calls someone from chase to recover his password as soon as we stepped in that room she basically left us alone and helped her friend... so he hangs up and told fina what happened... best part.... wait for it she misplaces his drivers license and claimed she gave it back..... it was under her keyboard... this lady was in such a rush to help her friends that she basically threw us a bone and not go over details... HORRBLE HORRIBLE customer service.... this is someone's ACCOUNT !!! not a damn retail store...very unprofessional, if you get Fina back out ....
