  • It was unfortunate that our warranty chose this contractor. Rude, incompetent, and unprofessional service. Took 6 weeks for the refrigerator part to arrive. Never got an update. When it finally arrive, an additional charge for cleaning was done. This company is horrible. Not sure if this is family owned or what but I had better experience at the DMV! IF YOU ARE STUCK WITH THIS CONTRACTOR DUE TO YOUR WARRANTY. PLEASE EMAIL YOUR WARRANTY OFFICE AND THE BBB!
