  • I love Pierogies is an understatement. I only go to Pirates games to watch the pierogies race. I LIVE for cheesy potato goodness wrapped in a smile :D of dough. I stalked the Pittsburgh Pierogi Truck at the Millvale Food Truck Park. When they finally opened their side window, I ordered 6 with sour cream (thinking I'd have room for the other food trucks). I had six little bundles of heaven, covered in onions, and slick with butter. I chased a few in the styrofoam container, as they slid easily over each other. I personally prefer my pierogies a little brown, but these pale ones were delicious in their own way. After eating these, I didn't have room left to sample the other trucks, so beware of this filling dough boys!
