  • If you are looking for consistency and customer service do not use. Sadly, the only great thing about Fit Prep Las Vegas is the price. When the food is prepared correctly the quality is actually rather good as well. The major problem is Fit Prep lacks consistency and customer service. My first order and delivery was seamless. They accommodated food modifications with no problem. I have now placed over 6 orders with Fit Prep to date and every single order since my original order has had some sort of complication. One major one mishap was a missed delivery all together that I had ordered for the beginning of my week. They did re-deliver on the next delivery at no cost. There is a delay in communication, sometimes no returned email or phone call. The menu items are not consistent with what vegetable and carb you actually receive, with no heads up. Unfortunately I will now look for a new service even if the price is a tad higher.
