  • Dr. Pham and his team are amazing!! First off I am terrified of the dentist but everyone there made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I called Thursday to schedule an appointment for a tooth that had been bothering me and got in the very same day. The girls at the front are very pleasant and I got to sit and meet with Dr. Pham and explain to him what was going on before being brought back to do X-rays, he assured me that he was going to do everything he can to get me out of pain. I ended up needing a root canal and scheduled it for a different day since I had my son with me and didn't want him to wait for a couple hours while I got it done. He sent me home with antibiotics and pain meds to get me through the weekend. Dr. Pham even called me on Saturday to see how I was feeling which I thought was very nice! (Talk about customer service!) So I went in today for my procedure and let me tell you it went great, Dr. Pham and his assistant made sure the area he was working on was completely numb and even gave me a little more anesthetic since the first round wasn't helping. (which happens to me all of the time with any type of anesthetic.) I was out within three hours, it only took that long because Dr. Pham and his team were kind enough to wait for the medicine to kick in, my root canal didn't hurt one bit and I got my crown the very same day! I am completely satisfied with the service that was provided to me! Thank you to Dr. Pham, his assistant Sam, Nikki and the all of the other staff members that helped me!
