| - I switch between Amazing Yoga and Yoga Flow, and there is defiantly a different vibe to the two, I pick based on my mood and schedule where I go for the day. Yoga Flow is a spa-like experience. The room is scented with orange oil, the lights are dimmed down, and when you walk in everyone is calmly and quietly laying down waiting for the class to start. They have free towels which is really nice, and the room is heated and comfortable. I'm by no means a yoga scholar, but they seem like a traditional practice. Slower flow, focused on correct positioning and alignment. The instructors take the time to explain where your feet should be and such, so its a great place for a beginner. As you get better, that can kind of get annoying, and sometimes I was itching to jump ahead, but I feel that my foundation is much stronger having taken classes here.
My first time going to Amazing Yoga after practicing here was jarring. It was so loud, bright, and energetic in comparison, and a much faster flow. Each has its pros and cons, try both to see where you feel the best!
