  • The staff here is horrendous. Debra, the receptionist that makes the appointments, is very unprofessional. There was a misunderstanding regarding an appointment for my endoscopy and had the nerve to say "I've been doing this job for 7 months, I would never ever say that to you so I don't understand where you heard that from!!" Um excuse me? Regardless if the information was misunderstood, I truly believe that you DO NOT talk to patients that way. She kept sighing over the phone, repeatedly talked down on me, and raised her tone at me and even said "I'm too busy to be handling this right now." I definitely agree with the other reviews on the lack of customer service and how hard it is to get a hold of anyone in the office - it took the receptionist took over a month to respond to my email to schedule my appointment. During our conversation, I had to remain calm and be the bigger person in the situation for I didn't want to stoop down to her level. But I've never had any experience like this with someone and advise you to look elsewhere if you don't want to deal with the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the employees.
