  • I am not reviewing the grooming. My disappointment with Robin has to do with her lack of professionalism. I had been a customer for a year or so and would book my appointments for my dog for every 3 weeks. There were times that Robin was not on time and I can understand that. I had an appointment booked for 3 weeks for today. Robin texted me that she was going to be late and the new time, was not going to work for me. When I asked her why, she told me I live too far away and to find a new groomer. So unprofessional. She should not have taken and accepted an appointment if where I lived was too inconvenient. And she should have at least honored the appointment so my dog could have his bath/grooming on the scheduled appointment day. I cannot recommend her as she does not honor her commitments and does not respect the customer's time. Appointment times are taken but not always kept.
