  • Buyer beware! Apparently there is absolutely no returns on blowdryers/appliances at this store/company/location. I Purchased a blow dryer yesterday brought it back unused in the original packaging with the receipt and they absolutely will not take it back. Basically told me I'm fucked, and I'm just stuck with it. There was absolutely no solution. Once you buy something at the store- a blow dryer, and you walk out the door with it you are done!!! they did not mention this to me at the original time of purchase!! there's a small sign at the front desk that they expect you to read apparently there's another sign in the aisle by the blowdryers -I did not see either one of the signs when originally purchasing my $100 blow dryer. Such a shitty way to operate your business. Especially after I've been coming to the store for 20 fucking years. No customer appreciation no loyalty no remorse.
