The road leading up to the range is questionable. Pot holes everywhere. I feel I need to take a defensive driving course first to negotiate all the pot holes. Hit one....and you're out of a wheel/tire.
Finding it was easy. Signs everywhere.
Clubhouse. Where you pay and get a wristband. ..Nice.Modern.Clean.
Friendly staff member. RSO-Ronnie was very helpful
I picked the utility bay. You get to shoot pistol.rifle.and shotgun...without having to move
Bad thing: NO Cover. During the summer months this will be problematic. Right now...it's okay. Clark County Range has cover...very helpful.
Back to PGC.. I recommend rubbing copious amount of sun block if you plan to shoot more than 30 minutes. The sun's cosmic rays will burn you.
Overall, would I return: Yes.... In NEVADA, you can drive into the dessert and shoot without range fees or anything else. Just blast away.
Oh yeah, if you shoot their target stand, it's an automatic 10.00.
Overall,I had a positive experience...but I've been to better outdoor ranges. Indian Springs, Clark County Range, etc..etc...
