  • I rented with colony American for 2 years paid 4k forts months rent and deposit. Worst mistake ever when we moved they didn't call us for a walk thru the house was in perfect conditions we also cleaned the carpets with a professional and we ended up receiving 700 out of 2500 smh. They try to put everything on you. But when you call to get something fix they say it was your fault and put the bill on you so they won't pay shit. Worst company to deal with. Don't not recommend it to one. They keep changing names former know as port street and now their know as waypoint homes. If you wanna renewal your contract they will raise your rent up to 300 and if you want to go month to month their raise the rent to 500 we were paying 2215 rent was raised to 2400 and if we wanted month to month it would of been 2800 a month. This fuckers are thirsty for money ...
