  • Horrible customer service/no service at all! Im a renter and my landlord has a service warranty, so I contacted BPG who referred me to Anytime Appliance. I needed my dryer fixed due to it not heating. I called Anytime and left a message. They called back and left me a message. We played phone tag a couple of times and then they texted me once. After replying, they stopped calling me back/responding entirely. They had my phone number and my roommates phone number, so they could call either one of us. I contacted them about 7 times, leaving messages with no call back. The last time I called , I left specific details on there voicemail saying "Any day, anytime works for me. We do not need to actually connect and talk, just leave me a day and time the tech will be out and I will make sure I'm home. Call me back and leave me the details and I'll call you back to confirm it works. Cost doesn't matter, here's my address _________. " NEVER heard from them again! I would never recommend this place to anyone, nor would I ever attempt to contact them again. Needless to say, they didn't fix my dryer and I havent heard from them to this day and this was 3 weeks ago!
