  • Horrible service. Flights delayed on every leg of our trip. No compensation. Notifications were delayed and inaccurate. Planes are old and look to have been painted over on the interior. I will never fly this airline again. Update.... flight delayed again now as the incoming flight is delivering a "package" that is important. Apparently American Airlines is now in the package delivery business which takes priority over its passengers.
