  • After getting another quote from another company for our Master Bedroom closet we decided to go with the Closet Factory. We liked our designer and her ideas and the fact there were Costco discounts and rebates. The install date was approximately 8 weeks out from the original design meeting. We are extremely happy with our new closet. However, we were surprised that after the install or the day of install there was no follow up from our designer/salesperson. There was no call, text, email or survey. We spent a great deal of money on this project and even made some changes to the design which of course was more money. Our designer even stated she wanted to come back after completion to take photos for her to show prospective clients. We are still waiting.
