No crema from the espresso shots( no sweet rich complex flavors ) Either the employees don't know how, or don't , Adjust the coffee grind/ shot length , to produce the rich espresso flavor that a shot is supposed to have. If I wanted bitter, strong coffee. I can make that myself at home. They were pumping out the sugary diabetic coma in a grande cup drinks. Perhaps they are known for those ? Want a tasty cup of coffee? A rich crema topped espresso ? Not here ! Stay home. ,or get a free cup from work. Volume has beat out quality. ( in a hurry? This is your spot , want to feel like it was worth the stop? Go elsewhere )
