  • I like the spacious parlor suites at Vdara. There is a mini fridge, microwave, sink and a small electric stove top for cooking. The only thing missing is a coffee pot. The size of the room is nice to have with a desk and couch and 2 tvs. The bed was comfortable and we had a partial view of the Bellagio fountains. We loved that it is a non smoking property without a casino. The pool and fitness center are both small compared to other MGM properties. The gym was a bit crowded when I used it and there were only two elliptical steppers. We enjoyed the location and it's easy to walk a hall way to the Bellagio to access the strip. We recently had stayed at Aria in September and I prefer the Aria. They have a better pool, and huge workout room. I prefer the floor to ceiling glass windows in the corner suite of the Aria and the iPads next to the bed to control the shades and lights in the room. At Vdara you have to get out of bed to operate the shades and lights. However the Vdara does have a small kitchen space if you prefer to cook and save money on food. We ate out during our stay so the kitchen wasn't used during our stay. It was kind of nice not having a casino in the Vdara and it was more quiet. We just walked to the Aria quite frequently during our stay. We did get a great rate direct with MGM Life for Vdara this time. I think next time I would stay at Aria because I missed the Cybex machines and larger fitness center this trip. The pool area is much larger too. When staying in Vegas amenities like fitness center, the spa, and pool is what determines where I like to book. The corner suite at Aria was a bit more swanky than the Vdara parlor suite. I would recommend the Vdara though it just depends what you are looking for. Bellagio and Aria are my favorite M Life Properties to stay at. Make sure you get an MLife card when you stay and use it for all MLife restaurants, hotels, and casinos.
