  • Elite was able to get us a technician early the next morning after I called. Long story (and day of waiting for a replacement piece) short, our technician (jay--who was awesome) acknowledged that the cost for repair was almost as much as a full replacement. He was extremely candid with me about our options. Also, since I waited all day for the replacement part, only to be advised that the repair was going to be more costly than originally expected, jay waived the service call charge. The sad news is that we have to replace our washer. The happy news is that elite, and Jay, walked us through our options and helped us to make an informed decision. This company is professional, service oriented, and I won't hesitate to call them again if i have the need.
