  • Consistent problems with mail delivery for years, unable to get any resolution despite talking with managers, filing complaints online. Problems include no mail delivery, mail delivered after dark, getting other neighbors mail, mail that has been addressed correctly being sent back as no known address (inlcuding important things like checks, bills, etc.). Just this week, we are missing mail from the IRS that has been unable to be located. Although we have an excellent credit rating, we have been contacted twice by collections agencies to collect on medical bills we never received. We probably don't even know half of what is missing.
