rev:text	This Ulta location is good for running in and picking up what you know you need! But do not expect any employees to ask you if you need any assistance because they will not. I've been going there for 4 years and I am never impressed... And I also work in the cosmetic industry. Customer service is your first priority. At least it should be. Once I went in earlier this year asking for a sample of the Smashbox foundation. The guy said he is a freelancer with "lipstick queen" but he will help. He asked the lady with the Lancôme uniform on for a dram jar and he sampled my color for me. A week later I liked the foundation so I wanted to buy it and also I took my friend there to sample it. Of course no one asked if we needed help after being there a while and we asked a woman who responded with an eye roll and "I don't work here or for Ulta I'm a freelancer for _______ but I'll try to find someone" she brings back a guy who just seemed very annoyed and he said "we don't sample foundations ever." I said "last week they gave me a sample... Is this a new rule?" He replied, "no they aren't suppose to do that." And then they just stared at us... So we left. This seems to just be the usual here. It's really unfortunate. It has so much potential, it's in a great area.... But until they get employees that can be kind and respectful, that have a passion to be in the industry, and truly enjoy helping women (and men I'm sure) feel beautiful, they will keep getting three stars or less.
