  • I took my dog to above and beyond. The first time they spent a few hours on my dog and she looked good when done. The last two times they spend less an hour and a half saying that this was full grooming and charging for it. Plus the last time her cut was crooked so I took her to a new groomer. I had to have my poodle cut down because the hair had looked fluffy but was matted under it all. The inside ears had not been done for at least two groomings. I am fuming and will never take my dog there again. My dog had been going every 6 to 7 weeks.
