| - If I was the owner or manager I would go back to Saturday and figure out what's going on. The three working there at around 8AM-9AM was suspicious. Two were in the back no where to be found, the one with tattoo was under the bay presumably draining oil when we pulled up behind that vehicle.
There was only one car inside the garage and another parked along the wall facing the McDonalds. We pull up behind the car being worked on, leave the keys in, and wander. 5 minutes go by and no one approaches us. We glance around and the tattoo'd employee comes up and says one second. In the back, an employee walks back and forth while on the phone while another is hiding around the corner. The tattoo'd employee walks past the computer and is now creeping in the dark part of the garage looking creepy. Once in awhile for the next 5 minutes he would peak out and glance out at us and head back in not doing anything but looking around, not even working on the car anymore.
I've never had a really bad service here before but again, I've never seen these guys before. Even if they were lazy that's great because I know they would rather get the job done and go on to relaxing but seeing three unproductive employees was just weird. By the 10 minute mark an employee finally walks past us, didn't acknowledge us to walk towards the parked car with the seat paper sheet and pulled out and around my car to park it into the next open bay. I would understand if I wasn't next but say something.
So for 10 mins I saw the tattoo'd guy get up from under the bay, walk towards the computer and stand in the area for the next 10 mins with hands in pocket looking around like he didn't belong there, the tall skinnier guy hanging in the back when I arrived looking up at us and then disappearing, and the other who wasn't as skinnier or tall as the guy who took the parked car in stay on his phone walking around the back.
Sad part is, I'd probably go back but wouldn't wait 10 mins next time.
