| - Well I'm glad so many ppl javw found relief. This Dr has a lot going for him for sure, great communication, lots of tricks with pressure points and meds. BUT, I have been to many chiros and healers and there is a huge difference between the 2. I travel a lot so I am always hunting for a functional Dr to keep me tuned up and holistic. He is mediocre.
What I didnt like: you dont adjust someone hard and heavy and then not soothe the muscles with some sort of treatment after, even a TENS unit would suffice, or a hot wrap. He said it would be 12 sessions in before he used the "cold laser". Why? I'm going to guess...$$. He was triple other doctors, with no disclosure up front, and wanted to make daily appointments. (Probably because he knows my occupation). The supplements were $200, and the visit where he just did a basic adjustment was another $150. NOTHING ELSE, unless you count the flash and show he put on to seem marvelous. Which, I already knew all about.
Pros:
If you have excellent PPO insurance, and you know nothing about holistic/eastern medicine, he is a good place to start. If you know nothing about nutritional deficiencies and how they affect your health, that is his specialty. He always makes time to speak to you about things and is very personable. He does need to work on listening a little more, but I'm doing pros here.
How this helps you to make up your own mind about where to go for real health and healing.
